EASY TO REPAIR CLAMPS

PLACE OF USE: They are used to rapidly and economically repair cracks, breaks, abrasions, penetrations caused by external factors or corrosions in time.They can be used for Asbestos, PVC, GRP, HDPE 100, Cast-Iron, Ductile and Steel pipes. 

 

PRODUCTION SIZES: Standard size of production range is between Ø63mm - Ø1016mm, but they can be produced in special sizes.

 

MATERIALS:

Trunk and Apparatus: AISI 304 and AISI 316L stainless steel. 

Bolts and Nuts: Dacromat500 coated AISI 304 and AISI 316L stainless steel. 

Gasket: EPDM and Nitrile Rubber. 

 

FEATURES:

  • Nominal temperature; -20 °C to +120 °C
  • Nominal pressure; maximum 16 bar.
  • Trunk width can be produced according to needs as 200mm - 300mm - 400mm - 500mm. 
  • Trunks may be produced single sided or double sided.
